Do you love providing one on one care to patients? Do you like the idea of being out and about in the community versus going to the same place every day for work? Take your nursing skills directly to your patient's home! With the changes in healthcare where patients are being discharged more quickly from the hospital there is a much greater need for home care. This growing field is both challenging and rewarding! As a Visit RN for HealthEast Home Care you will enjoy working directly with your patient and their family during a time where your knowledge and skill can make a world of difference. The American Nurses Association (ANA) appropriately described home health nursing as a "synthesis of community health nursing and selected technical skills from other nursing specialities". You will use all of your nursing knowledge and skill in this very rewarding specialty!
Experience: Experience in acute/skilled facility or home care with the past 2 years required. 2 years experience preferred.
